URD – TRI – XLPE
Available in sizes 6 AWG through 750 kcmil. Two black cross-link polyethylene (XLPE) insulated phase conductors are cabled together with one yellow, XLPE-insulated, neutral conductor. Conductors: Compact Stranded Aluminum Alloy 1350 Series per ASTM B230, ASTM B231, ASTM B609 and ASTM B836. Insulation: XLPE per UL-854 and ANSI/ICEA S-105-692. Black XLPE insulation on phase conductors, and yellow XLPE insulation on grounded neutral conductor.
- Superior weather, abrasion, crush and sunlight-resistant XLPE insulation.
- Conductors are surface printed for identification.
- Excellent ruggedized and mechanical protection.
- XLPE-insulated for utility underground applications. Non-NEC applications include direct burial, installation in electrical ducts or raceways.
URD – QUAD – XLPE
Available in sizes 4 AWG through 750 kcmil. Three black XLPE-insulated phase conductors cabled together with one yellow, XLPE-insulated, neutral conductor. Conductors: Compact Stranded Aluminum Alloy 1350 Series per ASTM B230, ASTM B231, ASTM B609 and ASTM B836. Insulation: XLPE per UL-854 and ANSI/ICEA S-105-692. Black XLPE insulation on phase conductors, and yellow XLPE insulation on grounded neutral conductor.

ACSR
Available in sizes 6 AWG through 4/0 AWG. Assembly: ACSR bare overhead supporting neutrals are concentric-lay stranded conductors with a single steel core wire or stranded steel core wires surrounded by one or more layers of helically applied aluminum alloy 1350 sires. Outer layer has right-handed lay. Conductors: Stranded, Concentric-Lay Aluminum 1350 Series with Steel Support Center Wire(s) per ASTM B232.
- Suitable for wet, damp and dry locations.
- Suitable for overhead transmission and distribution applications that require rated strengths for steel support.
- Overhead neutrals include Class AA for bare conductors commonly used in overhead lines and/or Class A conductors to be covered with weather-resistant materials.
Tracer wire
Available in sizes 14 AWG through 8 AWG. 30-volt styles have a 30-MIL insulation wall; 600-v styles have a 45-MIL insulation wall. Solid or stranded, uncoated, copper conductors. Colors are in accordance with the APWA Uniform Color Code: Yellow for gaseous materials; red for electrical lines; orange for communications; blue for potable water; green for sewers and drain lines. Other colors are available upon request.
- Suitable for wet, damp and dry locations.
- Excellent moisture, chemical, oil, crush and abrasion resistance.
- Permitted for direct burial.
- RoHS compliant.
Photovoltaic AL
Available in sizes 14 AWG through 1,000 kcmil. Outdoor rooftop PV source and outdoor circuits without raceways and raceways installed underground in wet locations. Conductors: Compact Stranded Conductors, Aluminum Alloy 8000 Series per ASTM B800, ASTM B801 and ASTM B836. Insulation: XLPE insulation per UL-44, UL-854 and UL-4703.
- Suitable for wet, damp and dry locations.
- Permitted for direct burial.
- RoHS compliant.
- Insulation compound is as rated sunlight-resistant in all sizes and colors.
